Hey everybody this is Shorty. As a member of the committe, we would like for you to pass this information along so that people can give feedback and contact information, so that we can get a definite date posted. We are shooting for late Jan. or late Feb. of 2009 (If we can’t get all of the information asap). If people would like this to happen this year like Mid November or the possibly in the first two weekends of December after Thanksgiving, but before Christmas please let us know.(There is no gaurantee to this though)

I agree with Phil with doing it sooner, but if we have to wait then lets do it in Feburary. January I am all booked up on the weekends (vacationing). I think its a great idea but planning something this large in less than month is going to be tough. Phil, I understand your eagerness, but there are alot of logistics involved.
How many people will come? we would need to know this before a location can be chosen. Who is providing entertainment? Do we have someone that can DJ for this? How will it be funded? Do you charge at the door or require people to put down a deposit in order to book the location/entertainment/food and beverage. I am willing to assist in getting this going but I sure dont want to be the one getting this thing organized. Its a big project.
We just all need to make sure we are telling everyone from 98 to get involved. Make sure to tell people that isnt on facebook too.
Since I live out of state now I can’t commit to anything december-february because of my job. I will try my best to come if its in january or february, but december is out! I will be in milwaukee 11/20-12/2/08 – I would love to just hook up with whoever (as many people as possible) is available for dinner or something. Maybe we could do Maggiano or something?????
